Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated animal care assistant to support our hard working team on weekends. The role requires someone who is confident and experienced looking after a range of animals.

Within our animal centre we have rabbits, guinea pigs, ponies, goats and alpacas, and the postholder will be required to ensure the animals are well looked after and cared for over the weekend, including feeding, cleaning, grooming and and bathing the animals.

Over the weekend, we have activities that may be booked, this includes pony pamper parties, alpaca treks and goat walks, this means that the postholder will need to be confident to talk about the animals and have good communicative skills with the general public.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
