You must be able to swim 25 metres and swim down to the deep end of a pool

Baby swimming teacher, teaching from birth to 4 years

Weekend role- Saturday and/or Sunday required Part time and permanent position. 18.00 - 23.50 ph depending on experience Year round position (not term time only) 12.07% holiday pay added to monthly salary

You should have one of the following qualifications;

STA Level 2 Baby & Pre School Swim England Level 2 in Teaching Swimming to Babies & Toddlers

If you are not currently in the possession of the qualification we will still consider your application.

All our teachers carry out further in house training before they start teaching for Puddle Ducks, consisting of;

2 day internal training course, and to complete outside London Extensive online training Co-teaching with an experienced teacher Training rate, 10-12.50 ph

Responsibilities

Instruct and supervise swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote water safety and swimming skills. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their swimming abilities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the swimming area and equipment.

Puddle Ducks South West London is a successful baby and child swim school set up in 2012. Our brilliant team of 20 swimming teachers, poolside assistants and office staff deliver quality, fun swimming classes to babies and children in private warm pools in and around SW London.
