Job Description
At Viva Torquay we are looking for a reliable experienced Cocktail Bartender for our super fun activity venue.
The role is very hands-on and extremely varied, so your quick thinking and experience will be of paramount importance. Viva Torquay is a part of East Street Pub Company is a family run business, so you'll enjoy being part of a close-knit team who share a vested interest within the business and a very particular vision for the Pub.
Previous pub or restaurant experience would be essential. Previous experience in a similar role within a similar operation would also be beneficial. Organisational skills are essential in running the venue and keeping it to company standard. You'll have great communication skills, especially with the team and management team. The role would suit a people person and you'll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. Excellent attention to detail is desired alongside good presentation skills. We're after a punctual, reliable and trustworthy person
