WEEKEND BARISTA

1 - 2 Shifts per week

Saturday and/or Sunday

Shifts 4 / 6 or 8 hrs

Opening times 9-9pm

(Occasional midweek shifts also available)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages, as well as other menu items Ensure adherence to food safety standards during food preparation and serving Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, taking orders accurately Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours Assist in training new staff members on barista skills and customer service

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is essential and must be confident in Latte Art Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
