Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Barista to join our team at RUDE. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages that reflect our commitment to community and quality. Located in Park Gate, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant, passionate team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages in accordance with company standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and remembering their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the workspace. Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety protocols are followed. Manage time effectively to handle busy periods efficiently. Support team members with daily tasks and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow health and safety regulations diligently. Participate in in-house training programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management abilities. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for coffee, food, and customer service. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
