Weekend Business Manager - Young Engineers Worcester

13.50 per hour. 8-10 hours per week. Weekend role. 9am - 4pm Sat & Sun

Young Engineers Worcester is launching, and we're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Weekend Business Manager to support the smooth running of our children's STEM clubs and weekend sessions.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, can take initiative, and wants to support a meaningful educational programme for local children.

About the Role

As our Weekend Business Manager, you will support the operational and administrative side of the business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing bookings, communicating with parents, supporting instructors, monitoring attendance, and ensuring weekend sessions run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Manage weekend schedules, bookings and parent communication Provide support to instructors during weekend sessions Track attendance and session performance Organise equipment, resources and venue logistics Handle basic admin tasks, enquiries and operational updates Assist with planning and coordination for future sessions

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills Confident, proactive and able to work independently Reliable with excellent attention to detail Comfortable speaking with parents, partners and venues Basic admin/office skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling) Experience in education, events, administration or customer service is a bonus Hours & Pay 8-10 hours per week, mainly across Saturday and/or Sunday Additional weekday admin hours may become available 13.50 per hour
