We are the pink little cafe in Wells-Next-The-Sea, right on the quay and hard to miss! Our friendly team deliver great food and great customer service all year round to locals and visitors.

We are currently looking for WEEKEND cafe assistants. The perfect candidates will have the ability to work as part of a team and be proactive; be friendly, positive and efficient.

esponsibilities will include washing up, operating the till, making smoothies & milkshakes, FOH, helping the chef and end of day cleaning. For the more experienced, you'll also be making barista coffee and mastering the food station.

All staff members must;

Provide the perfect service experience for every customer Maintain Health & Food Safety standards at the highest level

What experience do you need?

Previous experience making food and/or barista style coffee in a similar environment is preferable but we are also looking staff members who want to start their journey in hospitality. Training will be provided.

while being consistent with the quality of the products we serve and customer service.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND (EITHER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY FOR STUDENTS) AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Rate of pay: depending on age and experience
