We have a vacancy for a friendly, reliable, hardworking and passionate Cafe Assistant. Must be able to use your own initiative and work under pressure, and have exceptional customer service skills.

Working in a busy Cafe environment, including taking payments, serving on a busy counter. Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all areas and equipment. To assist in the preparation and service of food Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning rota Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies.

Personal Specification

Must be over 18 years of age. A motivated individual with an eye for detail. This person will have a passion for people and service. They will be a responsible individual, who is pro-active and looks to get involved with the team. They will be someone who can work within a high standard environment who understands the need for systems and organisation They must be flexible and eager to be involved in all aspects of the business They will understand the value of teamwork, while retaining a sense of fun!

Experience

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
