Job Overview

WEEKEND ROTA: This role is at least every other weekend, with more weekends available should the successful candidate wish to take them.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson who in confident and experienced in dealing with the general public.

This role includes working independently so organisation and reliability are key.

Duties will include helping to present our cars to prospective customers, appraise customers part exchange vehicles and accompany customers on test drives.

You will show the desire to to sell the benefits of our vehicles and our company procedures to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through incoming enquiries. Overcoming customer objections Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximise revenue. Manage the sales process from meeting the customers to completing the handover. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Utilise strong phone etiquette to engage prospects effectively and professionally.

Requirements

Confidence to liase with customers and build strong rapport from the outset. Organisation skills are key, with pre planning an essential part of the role. Document keeping must be to the highest standard. The ability to work independently. Driving licence essential.
