Role Summary

We are currently seeking a

Weekend Caregiver

to join our caring team at Visiting Angels in

Dartford

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring Assist with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement Maintain accurate and timely care documentation Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team Follow individualized care plans and all safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field preferred Familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, or general patient care is an advantage Warm, compassionate, and dependable attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting as required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred First Aid certification is a plus Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
