We recognise the demand for job security within the sector and offer this with a range of contracts, available to all staff, including fixed 40-hour contracts, 16-hour contracts or, if it suits you, a Zero hour contract.

We look after a range of people in their own home, promoting independence as well as assisting with personal care, medication and food prep.

We have set rounds in areas such as Hykeham, Boultham, Birchwood, Skellingthorpe, Bracebridge, Branston and Washingborough.

For non drivers, we have limited double rounds or walking rounds.

We have immediate, flexible hours available to meet your needs.

As a weekend care assistant, you can either choose to work mornings, evenings or long days on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be required to work either every weekend, 3 out of 4 weekends, or every other weekend.

We provide 4 weeks worth of rota, so you know when you're working for the next 4 weeks!!
