Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This position requires a nurturing spirit and the ability to work effectively in various home care settings, including nursing homes and private residences.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as required. Administer medication according to care plans and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Monitor and document changes in client health status, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring client safety at all times. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in home care or nursing home settings is preferred but not essential. Training or certification in first aid and dementia care will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to those in need.
