What You'll Be Doing
Chatting with customers via phone, email and live chat to deliver top-notch service
Processing orders, returns and refunds with care and accuracy
Finding solutions quickly and keeping customers happy
Working with our internal teams to make sure every issue is resolved smoothly
Sharing feedback and ideas to help us improve how we do things
Being part of our weekend dream team, supporting special projects when needed
What We're Looking For
A positive, friendly communicator who enjoys helping others
Strong attention to detail and great multitasking skills
Comfortable using customer service systems and online tools
Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential
You must be available
Saturday and Sunday

one or two weekdays
