We are seeking an organised and detail orientated individual to support on weekend deliveries, helping us create the UK's largest and most loved sushi brand.
This is an opportunity to join us on the ground floor, as we scale from our first two sites in Manchester, to hopefully hundreds of sites across the country and even internationally.
Anyone who joins now will have the opportunity to develop, lead and grow into a critical component of our national kitchen operation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food items from off-site kitchen to kiosk
- Managing kitchen inventory
- Washing kitchen equipment
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Working in a team environment with good energy and enthusiasm
Experience
- Experience with managing logistics and operating in service yards
- Familiarity with supporting kitchen staff and working in a team
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional food experiences
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Having a drivers license and your own vehicle is required for this job. We will cover fuel and maintenance costs.
Your approximate hours will be:
Saturday: 09:00-15:20
Sunday: 10:00-15:20
