We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend Evening Bistro Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, with a focus on serving and food preparation, while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured.
Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Experience
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bistro or casual dining setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles will be advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling transactions efficiently are required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
