Are you enthusiastic about food and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for others? Sodexo is looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Assistant to join us on weekend mornings, helping to prepare and serve a variety of delicious foods and beverages to both our site-based and external customers. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, following all company policies and procedures, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
What you'll do:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to the required standards, following all health, safety, and food safety procedures, as well as site-based marketing and merchandising requirements.
• Operate cashless till systems, manage stock, and fill or count vending machines as required.
• Assist in all areas of the catering operation as directed by the line management team.
• Attend team meetings and participate in all required training and development relevant to your role.
• Adhere to all role specifications, uniform, and standards of dress policies while delivering professional customer service.

What you'll bring:

• Enthusiastic and reliable, with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems or point-of-sale equipment.
• Works well as part of a team and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
• Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, able to manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
