Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person to join our front of house team in the restaurant at Orchard Park.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, able to engage with customers and willingness to help in other areas of the restaurant if needed.Duties will mostly include taking food and drink orders and inputting them on the tills and ensuring that tables are served properly and that all payments are collected.
Responsibilities:
Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. Adding value and recommendations to customers spend. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Help Kitchen staff when necessary. General housekeeping and preparing for next day's service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.
