Job Description

We are looking to recruit a friendly, approachable Gallery Assistant to help the team deliver a quality visitor experience.



You will assist with activities and interpretation in the Galleries, duties will also include the supervising/security of the venue and the exhibits.



You will provide a creative experience by planning and delivering family activities and events you will also supervise the ARTivity table in the gallery.



You will need a high standard of customer service and retail experience to work in the Gallery shop, set up rooms for meetings and events, clean the venue before and after opening and occasionally you will be needed to staff events outside of normal working hours.



You will be the first impression of 20-21 Visual Arts Centre as visitors enter, they will need a great welcome.

This post will work every Saturday 9.15am to 4.15pm
