We are looking for a Litho Print Assistant, where you will support our Litho Printers in setting up and running print jobs efficiently and accurately, including paper, ink, plates and rollers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced printing environment with room for development. We moved into our new, industry leading plant in Cumbernauld at the start of 2025 and our printing press is the latest version of the Heidelberg 8 colour press

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the setup and operation of litho printing press Preparing materials, inks and paper stocks for set up of new jobs Problem-solving to ensure the efficient running of the printing press Fitting printing plates to machine Ensuring print procedures are followed at all times Assisting in regular general maintenance of the machine Ensuring machinery and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy Ensuring health and safety and quality standards are met at all time Handling finished print work and helping with loading/ unloading as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Litho Assistant is beneficial but not necessary and we will consider applicants who have similar experience within a production environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good eye for colour, detail, and accuracy Punctual, reliable and safety-conscious

Please note, this role will involve manual handling and working a weekend shift pattern.
