We are seeking a professional and reliable
SIA Licensed Security Officer
to join our weekend night team in Swansea. This role involves working in a busy indoor venue where you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and members of the public.Shifts:
Friday and Saturday nights Start time:
Arrive 15 minutes early
for handover Ongoing weekend availability preferredDuties Will Include:
Enforcing
Challenge 25
policy - checking ID and ensuring legal compliance Conductingregular patrols
of the premises Monitoring forantisocial behaviour
, disturbances, or damage Checking and enforcing thebanned list
Refusing entry tointoxicated or disruptive individuals
Collaborating with venue staff to handle incidents professionally Monitoring property and equipment, reporting any faults or concerns Logging all incidents clearly in both theC247 app

Essential Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Previous experience in busy public venues (bars, clubs, casinos, etc.) preferred Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills Must be well-presented:white shirt, black trousers, smart shoes
Comfortable using radios and mobile app reporting systems Able to remain calm, courteous, and in control under pressureWhat We're Looking For:
