Job Description

An opportunity has arisen with an immediate start to join the Laying division of one of the UK's most progressive poultry companies, as a farm worker / Egg Grader at the weekends.

Experience is not necessary for this position... if you have strong transferable experience and are willing adapt and strive for excellence in your new position then the job might be right for you.

The pay rate would be reduced to 10 per hour if under 21 years of age (minimum age 17). All of the hourly rates will have 12.08% holiday pay paid on top of the hourly rate.

This Role is working Saturdays & Sundays (7.30am - 3.30pm expected hours)

Responsibilities will typically include:

- Ensuring bird welfare

- Maintaining safe working practices & high levels of site and personal bio-security standards.

- Accurate record keeping

- High Levels of attention to detail whilst Packing and grading Eggs

Plus, Other tasks commensurate with the role or any other relevant or delegated duties required by the Farm Manager.
