We are seeking a dedicated and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and a friendly disposition to create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, including typing correspondence and preparing documents.
Handle inquiries efficiently and provide information about services offered.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work independently while being part of a team environment.
