CamperKing is the UK's market leader in VW Camper Van Conversions, offering high-quality leisure vehicles built for adventure. Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, our showroom is a hub for customers exploring the camper van lifestyle.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Weekend Receptionist to join our team at our Banbury showroom. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and providing excellent service in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors upon arrival Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Support the sales and showroom team with basic administrative tasks Provide general assistance to ensure smooth weekend operations

Key Skills

Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Great telephone manner Proactive and self-motivated approach Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment

Requirements

Basic computer literacy Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is desirable but not essential A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn

Employment Type

This is a part-time position, 9am-4pm, Saturday & Sunday: circa 13 hours per week

We are looking for an immediate start.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: 12.83-13.37 per hour

Expected hours: 13 per week
