Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Staff to join our team at Monkton Elm Garden Centre. Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting customers promptly. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. A passion for culinary arts and guest services is highly valued.
