We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the our restaurant at the weekends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer service. This role requires a passion for food and a commitment to creating an inviting breakfast experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring that food safety standards are met at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with both staff and customers.
Previous experience in barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Saturday and Sunday mornings 7:30-11:30am
