The role

Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, helpful attitude Take accurate orders at the till for eat-in and takeaway customers Carry out basic food preparation tasks Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, shakes and smoothies Build knowledge of our deli and cafe produce to make confident recommendations Multi-task and prioritise effectively in a busy environment Receive and put away deliveries following FIFO procedures Maintain cleanliness and carry out cleaning duties as required

The person

Passionate about delivering great customer service that keeps people coming back Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred Calm, professional and confident in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in quality food and drink A good sense of humour and positive attitude Barista training an advantage, with a love of great coffee Good numeracy and basic IT skills Comfortable communicating with a wide range of customers
Working pattern

One day per week on a Saturday/Sunday rotation Opportunity to pick up extra shifts during school holidays or staff leave if desired

Pay: From 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
