We are looking for an motivated Sales Adviser (Part-Time) for our Redditch based Builders Merchant's.

The ideal candidate will need to help customers identify the purchase products they desire. They will need to partake in processing orders, tracking deliveries, dealing with customers face to face and on the phone.

Our goal is to provide high class customer service and increase the company's growth and also personal development. This proactive role for the ideal candidate will need to have passion for Sales as well as having great customer service and the ability to build customer relationships.

Ideally knowledge of working in a builder's merchant or knowledge on building materials.

Must be 18+ years due to restricted item sales.

Responsibilities:

Till and counter duties Processing orders face to face and telephone Tracking deliveries Participate in receiving new shipments of stock and stock checking Dealing with day to day customer inquiries Keep up to date with product information Accurately describing product features and benefits to customers Follow all company's policies and procedures

Requirements:

Builders merchants experience is advisable but not essential Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice Proficiency in English Communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality IT Skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office Use of POS System GCSE Qualification
