JOB DESCRIPTION



We are looking for a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) assistant to join our highly regarded team within the Newcastle branch. Overtime is available when required.

ABOUT US
As a leading bridal wear retailer we aim to offer a premium luxury product at a low price with an exceptional level of customer service. Our wedding dresses are a fraction of the usual retail price without a compromise on quality. We have some incredibly detailed stunning gowns in luxurious fabrics offering great value for money. We work very differently from the normal bridal boutique as our brides and prom girls can take their gowns away the very same day should they wish.

THE JOB ROLE
The successful candidate will be expected to provide an exceptional level of store and customer focus, offering an outstanding service to every customer from her first prom to her wedding. Duties include providing assistance to our bridal consultants and customers, keeping the store tidy at all times, running dresses, putting transactions through the till along with administration duties. You will be asked to maintain the outlook of the store as we very much pride ourselves on the quality of our stock and the visual. You will work together with our team to ensure a smooth, thoroughly enjoyable experience for our customers, whilst building a great rapport and trust with the clients. We are looking for the perfect fit to gel with our amazing team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The right candidate will have the following skills, attributes, and experience: A retail background whilst not essential would be a bonus, preferably within the womenswear sector though this is not a necessity. Enthusiasm and a keen sense to succeed. Keen interest in fashion particularly the womenswear market, particularly all things bridal! You will have an eye for detail, strong communication skills are a major asset to the role flexible with a 'can-do' attitude polite, approachable, and well presented at all times. Ability to present yourself in a professional manner, accurately, and on time. Manage and record stock on a day-to-day basis. To succeed you will need to be highly self-motivated and proactive in all areas of maintaining our successful brand. The job will involve lifting moderately heavy stock.

HOURS
Please note this role includes

Saturday and Sunday work every week.
