Eden Spa at Down Hall Hotel is seeking a warm, professional, and service driven Spa Assistant to support our luxury wellness retreat on weekends. If you are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a calming, elegant setting this role is for you.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting guests with their spa needs. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Provide information about spa services, treatments, and products to enhance the client experience. Maintain a clean and organised reception area and treatment rooms. Handle merchandise displays and assist with merchandising efforts to promote products effectively. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to calls and messages from clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience throughout their visit.

Requirements

Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage client records efficiently. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within the wellness or beauty industry. A passion for health, wellness, and beauty trends is desirable.
