Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and promote menu items effectively. Support the restaurant team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the dining area and kitchen. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive working environment that prioritises teamwork and communication.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with culinary practices, basic maths for handling transactions, and an understanding of hospitality principles will be beneficial. Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly disposition and willingness to help others will contribute to your success in this role.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
