We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor, with some weekday availability.

Responsibilities-
- Support the front of house manager to manage daily operations.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Qualifications-
- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items is a plus
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
