We are looking for an individual committed to providing Person Centred care and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

You will have a positive approach to working with individuals to build on life skills whether social, practical, financial, caring or educational focusing on Person Centred Planning. Giving the individual the right to exercise choice.

You will be required to provide support and guidance to a staff team in the Lincoln area, Whether hands on or through supervisions, appraisals and spot checks.

Experience of working in a health and social care setting is essential.

An NVQ in Health and Social Care 2/3 is preferable or the willingness to work towards the qualification.

You will be confident in your working practices and work as part of a two carer team if required.

A positive approach to change is required along with reliability, flexibility and a good sense of humor.

You will be required to hold basic IT skills. Complete Training both E learning and face to face, working to legislation policy and procedure.

Funded DBS, Uniform and Training.

Paid Travel time at hourly rate.

Pay: 13.45 per hour
