Crown & Platinum Events is a luxury wedding and event planning company delivering refined, seamless, and well-executed celebrations across the UK and destination locations.
We are seeking reliable, polished, and highly organised Weekend Wedding Coordinators to support the delivery of weddings and events, ensuring flawless execution on the day.
This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, people-focused, detail-driven, and passionate about weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities
On the Day Coordination
Support the Lead Planner with the smooth execution of wedding day timelines
Oversee supplier arrivals, setup, and breakdown
Act as the main point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and bridal party members
Ensure all elements align with the agreed schedule and floor plans
Handle any on-the-day issues discreetly and professionally
Client & Guest Support
Assist the couple, bridal party, and key family members throughout the day
Manage guest flow, seating, and transitions between ceremony, reception, and key moments
Maintain a calm, reassuring presence at all times
Vendor & Logistics Management
Coordinate photographers, videographers, caterers, decor teams, DJs, and entertainment
Ensure cue-based moments (ceremony start, entrances, speeches, cake cutting, first dance) run on time
Assist with personal items, gifts, stationery, and emergency kits
Proffesional Representation
Represent Crown & Platinum Events with professionalism, discretion, and elegance
Maintain a polished appearance in line with luxury brand standards
Uphold confidentiality and high service standards at all times
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or coordination (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and time-management abilities
Ability to think quickly and problem-solve under pressure
Confident dealing with clients, suppliers, and large groups
Reliable, punctual, and committed
Comfortable working long wedding days (10-14 hours)

Pay & Benefits
Competitive freelance hourly or day rate (based on experience)
