We own and operate a group of anaerobic digestion facilities across the UK. We also provide biological support, emergency response and feedstock supply to other operators within the industry. Our industry expertise means we not only have the knowledge and experience to deal with all the food waste the UK produces.

Hemswell Biogas

is a large processor of food waste located in Lincolnshire and has been designed to handle a wide range of waste feedstocks. Through a process called Anaerobic Digestion it utilises the waste as a raw material to create methane, which in turn is used to generate both gas and electricity that is 100% renewable and exported to the national grid.

Weighbridge Administrator

to join a great team of people and make a difference within a supportive and values-led Organisation. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Overall Purpose of the role:



The main responsibility of this job role is to manage the weighbridge transactions in and out of the Hemswell Biogas site and support the Commercial Administrator

Key Responsibilities:



Managing weighbridge transactions, including checking all paperwork is compliant for EA and APHA regulations Create vehicle acceptance sheets to monitor loads Manage existing waste stream information and update where necessary Provide reports to internal & external sources, over and above those already on Sharepoint as and when requested. Maintain good working relationships with customer and suppliers Liaise with bookings team as and when required Answer adhoc driver queries when visiting site as to process and procedure Deal with all Enrich loads, making sure they are entered on the system in a timely manner General administrative tasks. Actively seek continuous improvement in all processes and procedures. Follow company procedures
Good working knowledge of Excel is required.

Working knowledge of SAP/WR1 systems would be an advantage as would experience in the waste/AD industry but full training will be given.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Salary: 27,500 per annum, paid monthly
