We own and operate a group of anaerobic digestion facilities across the UK. We also provide biological support, emergency response and feedstock supply to other operators within the industry. Hemswell Biogas is a large processor of food waste located in Lincolnshire and has been designed to handle a wide range of waste feedstocks. Through a process called Anaerobic Digestion it utilises the waste as a raw material to create methane, which in turn is used to generate both gas and electricity that is 100% renewable and exported to the national grid.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Weighbridge Administrator to join a great team of people and make a difference within a supportive and values-led Organisation.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
The main responsibilities of this role are to weigh in commercial vehicles and support the Bookings & Commercial Administration team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Managing weighbridge transactions, including checking all paperwork is compliant for EA and APHA regulations
Create vehicle acceptance sheets to monitor loads
Manage existing waste stream information and update where necessary
Provide reports to internal & external sources, over and above those already on Sharepoint as and when requested
Maintain good working relationships with customer and suppliers
Liaise with bookings team as and when required
Answer adhoc driver queries when visiting site as to process and procedure
Deal with all Enrich loads, making sure they are entered on the system in a timely manner
General administrative tasks
Learn and understand the Commercial Administration role, to be able to carry out tasks alongside the Weighbridge role, and to provide cover for Commercial Administrator as and when required
Actively seek continuous improvement in all processes and procedures
