Weighbridge Operator

to join our team at our Land Recovery site.

This is a busy, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for drivers, suppliers, and customers, making sure vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently while ensuring the weighbridge runs seamlessly. It's a key position that combines administration, customer service, and operational support, all in one.

What you'll be doing:

Accurately producing tickets for materials coming in and out of the facility. Answering calls professionally and keeping records up to date. Working closely with production and transport teams to keep operations on track. Checking deliveries against orders and liaising with suppliers. Maintaining accurate reports on material movements and site activity. Ensuring safety standards are met, keeping both yourself and others safe on site.

What you'll bring:

Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Strong organisation and multitasking abilities. IT proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous weighbridge or administration experience is an advantage, but training will be provided. A proactive approach, with the confidence to thrive in a busy environment.
