The successful candidate will be a key member of our team and responsible for the smooth running of our weighbridge facility.

Monday - Friday 7.30 - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12noon

Main Duties:

Direct traffic coming onto site and operate weighbridge. Ensuring all vehicles entering and exiting site have the correct and necessary paperwork. Check incoming loads, ensuring compliance with site rules. Ensure each exiting load matches the associated paperwork and record the weight of each vehicle accurately. Process delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently. Ensure all visitors to site are aware of our site rules and Health and Safety rules and distribute information and guidance accordingly. Ensure to maintain a high level of good customer service. Assist with general, operational and maintenance administrative duties when required.

Essential Criteria:

A minimum of 1 year's administration experience. Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft office packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people. Possess strong attention to detail, able to work accurately and quickly. Proactive with strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
