Ensure the efficient operation of the weighbridge and associated administration systems while maintaining accurate, compliant records.
Your core responsibilities
Ensure all waste acceptance procedures comply with site permit and company instructions.
Weigh all vehicles, completing tickets accurately and operating the computer weighing system to ensure correct customer charges.
Assist the Site Supervisor with the completion of EA Waste Returns and required reports.
Input, manage, and maintain accurate data within spreadsheets and site IT systems.
Process supplier invoices, goods out information, and complete associated administration tasks.
Deliver excellent customer service by handling telephone enquiries, operating site administration systems, and supporting overall site efficiency.
Our essential requirements
Knowledge of the waste industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Computer literate with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure with conflicting deadlines.
