Job Description

As the public face of our properties, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.





Salary:

24,862.5 pro rata - This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.





Contract/duration:

Fixed term annualised contract from 14th July until the 31st December 2025.





Hours/working pattern:

You will be working an average of 12 hours which equates to approximately two shift a week over the fixed term period, however this may alter during busy periods. The role includes weekends and bank holidays. The typical shift pattern would be 10am to 5pm during the summer season and 10am to 4pm in the winter season.

You'll be asked to confidently sell membership and gift aid on entry, as well as work to our sales targets. You'll also be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. When interacting with our customers, you'll inform them of the amazing work we are doing and what their money is funding, promoting local projects or our national strategy.



What you'll be doing:Day to day, you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience as part of the Visitor Welcome team. You'll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information, along with promoting and selling membership to our visitors. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can - no two days are the same.
