Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various welding techniques, including stick welding. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

Operate welding equipment and power tools to fabricate metal components according to specifications. Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to assemble parts and structures. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal materials. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles. Proficiency in stick welding; additional experience with MIG or TIG welding is advantageous. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
