Weekly overtime at an enhanced rate.

Key Responsibilities:
Weld a range of assembly types to required tolerances and specification, working from fabrication or engineering drawings
Produce high quality parts in high variety and volume in a target-driven environment
Identify and prepare surfaces and materials to expediate weld process
Carry out weld inspections, identify defects and take appropriate action to rectify them
Meet production targets while maximising efficiency
Essential:
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and measuring tools
Demonstrate good ability in MIG mild steel welding on large steel products
2+ years welding experience within data centres, construction, transport or material handling
Previous experience of working in a fast moving environment within engineering or construction.
Experience of working on own initiative and acting to resolve any issues impacting upon performance
Ensure high-quality welds while adhering to safety standards
Preferred
Experience of overhead gantry cranes
