Job Description
We're expanding our fabrication shop in Cannock and adding permanent roles across welding and light fabrication.
Whether you're an experienced hand or starting out, you'll get structured training, real progression and stable, long-term work.What you'll be doing
Produce welded assemblies using
MIG/MAG
processes on mild steel. Carry out basic fabrication tasks: cutting, drilling, grinding, deburring. Read simple drawings/work instructions and work to quality standards. Follow safe systems of work and keep your area clean and organised.What you'll bring
A reliable, team-first approach and pride in doing a good job.
EITHER
previous welding/fabrication experienceOR
the willingness to learn and complete in-house training. Ability to follow instructions and meet daily/weekly targets.Pay & benefits
Base pay plus
overtime
: approx.1.33x weekdays
and1.5x Saturdays
(when available).20 days' holiday + bank holidays + paid Christmas shutdown
