Job Description
MIG Welder
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding mild steel components according to technical drawings and specifications. Duties include measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling metal structures, performing high-quality MIG welds, and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel components. Fabricate metal structures and assemblies from blueprints or drawings. Operate hand tools, grinders, and cutting equipment. Inspect and test welds for accuracy and strength. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
Proven experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Knowledge of safety procedures in a workshop environment.
