Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dedicated team at McElmeel Mobility Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in fabricating and welding components for our adapted vehicles, contributing to our mission of enhancing mobility for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld vehicle components according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Assemble parts and ensure quality control throughout the fabrication process. Perform MIG welding, Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role. Strong welding skills, particularly in MIG welding techniques. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Previous demonstrable experience using plasma (desirable)
