:

Welder-Fabricator.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team on a part time basis working 27 hours Wednesday to Friday. Working with our highly skilled Welders-Fabricators, this role is to ensure that all welding is completed to the highest standard whilst adhering and maintaining a strong knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Cut a variety of material to desired size as per works orders. MIG welding Complete required safety inspection check sheets Carefully wrap and palletise items in a safe and accurate manner. Daily rigorous cleaning, including maintenance of machines and work area. Complete quality control on JIG work and on finished products Create requestion forms for consumables, profiles and material Carefully read works order instructions/ engineering drawings to understand required finish on parts.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator is essential to this role. Strong knowledge of MIG Welding Must have ability to undertake manual handling tasks. Able to read and understand engineering drawings. A team player with a flexible 'can-do' attitude. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Valid driver's license.
