Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with expertise in various welding techniques, including TIG welding. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal to produce high-quality components for our projects.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding and other welding processes to assemble metal components. Fabricate parts and structures according to specifications and engineering drawings. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete fabrication tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to standards. Assemble components as required, ensuring precision and accuracy in all work. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in welding, particularly with TIG welding techniques. Proficiency in fabrication processes and working with sheet metal. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication and welding tasks. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-20.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
