About the Position

We're on the lookout for a skilled Welder and Fabricator to become part of our expanding team. If you're experienced in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you! You'll primarily work with mild steel to construct and assemble components for a variety of industrial and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate precise structures from technical drawings Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts Inspect finished work to ensure it meets our high-quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Identify and resolve fabrication issues as they arise

What You'll Need

Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication, particularly with structural steel Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Solid basic math skills for measuring and cutting accurately Proficient in the safe use of a range of tools and equipment Able to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality, safe work
