Job Overview

We are seeking experienced skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication processes, the ability to read and understand engineering drawings with a focus on delivering high quality, on-time, components and assemblies

Duties

Read and understand engineering drawings to fabricate and weld steel components and assemblies. Use both hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, including cutting, grinding and assembling metal components. Work as part of a team, or individually, in a busy manufacturing environment to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Any other duties, within reason and capability, as required to suit business needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in fabricating and welding is essential. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings. Strong attention to detail to produce high quality work in line with production schedule. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and written skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.25-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41.25 per week
