We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials, including sheet metal. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and drawings. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.

Skills

Proficient in welding techniques Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in fabricating metal components, including sheet metal work. Competent in using hand tools and power tools relevant to fabrication tasks. Ability to assemble various metal structures accurately and efficiently. Basic maths skills for precise measurements and calculations in fabrication processes.

Pay: 15.00-16.50 per hour
