Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble structural forms.

Responsibilities

- Utilise mechanical knowledge to fabricate and assemble metal components

- Perform sheet metal cutting, bending, and shaping

- Conduct stick welding to join and repair metal components

- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Ensure accurate measurements by applying basic maths skills

Requirements

- Proficiency in welding techniques including stick welding

- Experience in fabricating metal structures

- Competency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
